Privacy and Cookie Policy

1. Who we are

shouldibetrade.com ("the site") is operated by MegaBullSession. For any privacy question or request, write to info@megabullsession.com.

2. What data we process, and why

a) Visiting the site

Our web server records standard access logs: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent. We use them to keep the site secure and running. They are kept for about 14 days and then deleted. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security and operation.

b) Analytics (only with your consent)

If you press Accept in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4. Google sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* and receives your page views, approximate location, and device and browser details, which we see as aggregated statistics. Nothing is loaded and no analytics cookie is set before you accept. If you press Decline, nothing is loaded. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer, which also deletes the analytics cookies. Legal basis: your consent.

c) Preferences stored in your browser

We store your language choice and your cookie choice in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.

d) Accounts

If you create an account we store:

• your email address;
• your password, handled by our authentication provider Supabase, which stores only a hash. We never see the password;
• if you sign in with Google or X, the basic profile data those services share with us, such as name, email and avatar;
• the profile and settings you create: username, avatar, your plan, display preferences (theme, default timeframe), notification settings including an optional Telegram ID, your price alerts and your favorite coins.

Legal basis: providing the service you asked for.

e) Requests your browser makes to other services

To show market data and images, your browser connects directly to some third parties, who therefore see your IP address: Binance (live chart price stream), CoinGecko (coin logos), and X (only if you click a post link). These services have their own privacy policies.

f) Affiliate link

The site shows a banner and links for the exchange MEXC. If you click one, you leave our site. MEXC then applies its own privacy policy and cookies, and we may receive a commission if you sign up. We do not send any personal data to MEXC.

3. Who processes data for us

• Supabase: authentication and database for accounts, hosted in the EU.
• Google: Analytics (only with your consent) and, if you choose it, Google sign-in.
• X (Twitter): only if you choose X sign-in.
• A hosting provider: hosting of the servers.

We do not sell your personal data. You can ask us for details about our service providers at info@megabullsession.com.

4. International transfers

Account data is stored in the EU. Some providers, such as Google, may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on the provider's safeguards, for example standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep data

• Server logs: about 14 days.
• Analytics: 14 months, the retention period set in our Google Analytics property.
• Account data: until you ask us to delete your account (see section 6).
• Choices stored in your browser: until you clear your browser data.

6. Your rights and how to delete your account

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK) you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (Cookie settings in the footer). To do any of this, including deleting your account and its data, write to info@megabullsession.com. We answer within one month. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

7. Age

The site is not directed at people under 16. Do not create an account if you are under 16.

8. Not financial advice

The site provides market information only. Nothing on it is investment advice.

9. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and change the date above.
