About
Polymath is an institutional-grade platform for issuing and managing regulation-compliant security tokens on Ethereum. It pioneered the ST-20 standard (later evolved into ERC-1400), which embeds KYC/AML compliance and transfer restriction logic directly into the token contract, automatically blocking transfers to non-approved wallets. The POLY token is the ERC-20 utility token used to pay for security token issuance, compliance services, and platform fees on the Polymath ecosystem.
